MESSAGE

Nonlinearity of spin waves and its implications in quantum and stochastic information paradigms

My research interests span a wide range of topics in condensed matter physics, including magnetism, spintronics, metamaterials, topology, and quantum matter. My current research focus has been on nonlinearity of spin waves and its implications in quantum and stochastic information paradigms.

Recent Research Findings

My recent works have pushed the boundaries of quantum magnonics in the direction of many-body effects by theoretically discovering quantum entanglement between different spin wave (magnon) modes, explaining probabilistic operation of parametrically excited magnons, as well as long lasting coherence of uniform magnetization dynamics.
I also collaborate with experimentalists pursuing magnon many-body effects in different configurations with high potential for quantum applications, for example in heterostructures of magnetic materials and nitrogen vacancy center spin ensembles.
